Day 1 - Morning Run
Argentia to Whitbourne
Follow the traffic from the ferry, however, stay to the left until you come to the old entrance to the Abandoned United States Navel Base Argentia where you will see the entrance to the Old Railway. (I would explore if you do not plan on coming back!) Follow the T'railway to Whitbourne. I recommend stopping at The Gravy Train for a Railbed Lunch.
Day 1 - Afternoon Run
Whitbourne - North River
After Lunch, link into the Newfoundland T'railway and head east towards Brigus Junction, from there, a left turn at Brigus Junction will take you along the old Railway bed to North River in time for a relaxing evening at The Crow's Nest.
Day 2 - Early Morning Run
North River to Grates Cove
Get an early start for this amazing day of scenery like no other, wildlife sightings and a great introduction to Newfoundland culture. Right from The Crow's Nest, depart on the CBN T'railway towards Bay Roberts. This route will bring you to Grates Cove through communities with a rich history including Pirates and Amelia Earhart.
Day 2 - Afternoon Run
Grates Cove to North River
After seeing the breathtaking view of Grates Cove it is time to head south back to The Crow's Nest. Follow the trail back the way you came or you can follow other ATV trails along Trinity South to meander your way back.
